Pilot policies
Version: 2026-10-13
Terms
The invitation pilot provides pages, short links, campaign routing and recorded-event reports. Protect your credentials and second factor. Publishers are responsible for content and destinations. Security, abuse or legal restrictions may disable entries; appeals are available. The pilot does not promise an SLA, exact visitor counts or conversion gains.
Privacy
Account data includes email, verification, sessions and permissions. Public events include assets, campaign/channel, versions, time and normalized language/device classes. Raw IP and full browser strings are not stored; unconfirmed regions are unknown. Details are retained 30 days, aggregates 13 months and audit up to 180 days. Actual Hostinger region and backup retention must be confirmed and disclosed before launch.
Acceptable use
Phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content and network abuse are prohibited. Do not bypass restrictions or falsify events. Use the report page for concerns. Platform blocks override workspace states and cannot be removed by workspace members.
Data processing
Owners can export data, revoke sessions and request deletion. Public access ends immediately; restoration is available for 30 days. Contents are then purged, retaining minimal address tombstones. Restores must replay deletion records. Support access to private content needs a time-limited customer grant and audit. Transactional messages and marketing consent are separate; security and block notices are mandatory.
Support and security: Contact or report
These pilot policies require legal review against the actual operator, deployment and target regions before public launch.
